What’s the difference between a sunroom and a glass room enclosure?+

A sunroom is a permanent glass-roofed structure built onto the house; our Glass Room product is an operable sliding or folding glass enclosure that closes in an existing terrace or pergola. A sunroom adds a fixed new room — a glass room enclosure makes an existing outdoor space closeable.

Will a sunroom get too hot in Dubai?+

Low-E double glazing and, where needed, a shaded or insulated roof panel keep solar gain manageable — we specify the glazing per orientation so a south-facing sunroom doesn't perform the same as a shaded one.

Can a sunroom be air-conditioned?+

Yes — most of ours are built to take a standard split-unit AC, and we can run the ductwork and wiring during installation.

How much does a sunroom cost in Dubai?+
