How well do Rigor systems handle Dubai’s heat and dust?+
Every panel uses thermally broken aluminium profiles and factory-sealed double or triple glazing, so heat transfer stays low even in peak summer. Tracks and seals are engineered for high-cycle, low-maintenance running — a quick wipe-down of the track every few months is normally all that’s needed to keep things moving smoothly.
Do you install the doors yourselves, or just supply them?+
Both — Rigor handles the full journey in-house: site measurement, fabrication at our own facility, delivery, and installation by our own team. You’re not coordinating between a supplier and a separate installer.
Can I customize the finish, glass, and hardware?+
Yes. Frames are available in a wide range of RAL colours, glazing can be clear, tinted, or frosted with double- or triple-glazed builds, and hardware finishes can be matched to the rest of your project. Larger openings can also be specified with discreet motorised operation.
What warranty comes with a Rigor installation?+
Every system carries a 10-year warranty covering hardware and workmanship.

We start with a site visit and precise measurement, then fabricate the system to those exact dimensions before scheduling delivery and installation. Timelines depend on the size and complexity of the opening — we’ll give you a clear schedule once we’ve seen the site.
